Thanksgiving Day 5k/1 Mile in Corolla at The Whalehead Club​-Pre race day packet pick-up and late registration is available from 3 – 6:30 PM Wednesday November 25, 2026at The GYM Located at 3712 N. Croatan Hwy Kitty Hawk, NC 27949.-Late race day check in is available onsite at the start/finish line 6:30 – 7:45 AMin front of the Whalehead Club (1100 Club Rd Corolla, NC 27927)

Registration and Race Fee:Long Sleeve, Uni-fit, Cotton T-shirt, unique finisher medal, chip timing and post – race light breakfast and snacks.Awards to Top 3 Male/Female in the overall, Top 3 Overall Masters M/F (Over 40) ​and 1st place each age group at 5 year incremements

This event is a family and community event in the spirit and fellowship of the holiday. Bicycle lead, Course Marshals, Turn Arrows and a water stop is provided at the Half-way. Open to Runners, Walkers, Wheel Chair participants and Stroller/Jogger Participants.  Service Dogs only please). In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will be collecting canned goods/non-perishable food items for the local Food Bank.
