Join Us for a Sweet 5K Run – A Fun Day with a Cause! 
 
Get ready for a fantastic 5K run at the beautiful Nomahegan Park! This scenic, flat course is perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. You’ll enjoy picturesque ponds, quaint bridges, and the wildlife surrounding you as you run, walk, or even boogie your way to the finish line.

Date: Sunday August 23rdDay of Packet Pick-Up: 7:30 AM – 8:45 am – Race Start Time: 9:15 AM
Early Packet Pick Up- Fleet Feet of Summit 10:30-1:30 – Saturday 8/22. Please note that late or early arrivals may not be able to be accomodated
Sweet Treats and More: After the race, indulge in an assortment of delicious cupcakes, including:

Awards: Top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age group:
11 and Under12-1516-1920-2930-3940-4950-5960-6970+Charity Beneficiary: Proceeds from the race will support Metavivor Breast Cancer Research, funding vital research and providing support for those affected by Stage 4 cancer.
About Live Run Give LLC: Founded in 2019, Live Run Give brings together families and friends for fitness, fun, and food, while giving back to the community. Each year, we select 2-3 nonprofit organizations to benefit from our events, with a special focus on supporting breast cancer research and the incredible co-survivors who are part of the fight. This event is held in honor of Lynette, my grandmothers, aunts, and all the women who have been affected by Stage 4 cancer.
