Run the Vineyards – Sheldrake Point Winery 5K

Run for wine at the beautiful Sheldrake Point Winery, overlooking Cayuga Lake!
The Run:

Chip Timed 5K with live-streamed results. Race starts at 9:00 AM. 

1 Mile Walk Option Added. 9:05 AM Start. Non-timed, includes wine ticket for a glass of wine and souvenir bib. Shirt not included. 

5K course includes breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake. 1 Mile course will be different but also scenic.

Awards for the Top 3 Overall and Age Group Winners (Male/Female) Ages under 14, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs.

Well Marked cross country style course through the 200 acre vineyard property.  Nice wide trails with a combination of short cut grass and packed dirt. 

Water station on course. Water and bananas at finish.

Walkers and children welcome to participate. Registration required to be on course for safety of all participants. 1 Hour Time Limit.

Indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy the morning. May bring blankets and chairs as well if you choose. Bring additional water for pre-race hydration. 

Race is Rain or Shine. No refunds or deferrals.

Packet Pick-Up on Race day: 7:30 – 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent. Arrive before 8:30 AM to pick up race bib and shirt, listen to race announcements. Race Starts at 9:00 AM. Late starts not allowed due to the design of course.
