Our beloved free marathon build up program for the Lakefront Marathon (or similarly timed Fall marathons/half marathons) is the result of a great team of volunteers. The runs start at 6 miles and build up over 12-13 weeks to 22 miles increasing by just two miles per week. Volunteers are needed to set up and staff aid stations for program participants – consider signing up to help!
