Entry fee for adult race is $20.00 if received by June 5th. Day of Race Entry fees increase by $5 at East Rochester HS Track. Race day registration will begin at 5 PM. Electronic timing by Leone Timing.
Heats will be run starting at 6:15 PM in the following order:
- – Kids "Sub-4" race (youngest ages) – running all 4 laps is optional
- – Youth 14 and under
- – High School – Girls 15-18
- – High School – Boys 15-18
- – Mixed Mile 10+ Minutes
- – Men & Women 8-10 minutes
- – Men Sub 8 but not sub 5
- – Women sub 8 but not sub 6:15
- – Masters Elite Women – Sub 7:45 minutes
- – Masters Elite Men – Sub 6:15 minutes
- – Open Elite Women – Sub 6:15 minutes (NON HIGH SCHOOL)
- – Open Elite Men – Sub 5 minutes (NON HIGH SCHOOL)
Awards:
– Ribbons & popsicles for 'Sub-4'race
– Medals to top three for youth, high school and age groups starting at 19-24 yrs
