Are you looking to mix up your running routine? Let us take you on the trails with this fun, 4-week trail training program. This program is open to beginner and experienced trail runners alike. The main objective is to explore our local trail systems together with running coach-led workouts.
- Workouts: Sundays at 9:00am beginning April 19, 2026
- Meeting Location: The Cove at Concord Park (10901 South Northshore Drive Knoxville, TN 37922)
- Celebration Race: Saturday, May 9th – entry is free for training participants
- Q&A Session: Thursday April 9th at 6:00pm. This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:30pm.
- Gear Up Week: Special discounts just for training program members the first week of training.
- Participants Receive:
- A complete 4-week Training Program and calendar with detailed workouts
- A weekly coach led training session with hydration provided at the trails by The Cove
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement to help you along the way
