    Join us and have your best Lilac Yet!
    Join our social training groups with our experienced coach who will guide you through every step along the way with the support and camaraderie of Fleet Feet!  

    Choose from the following programs:

    • Lilac 5k – This program is perfect for those who already can run 1-3 miles without stopping but want to get stronger for race day, 
    • Lilac 10k – This program is perfect for those who already run 4-8 miles without stopping but want to improve their Lilac 10k performance
