9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony with Baba Ruben Drum Performance
9:30 AM: 5K around Lake Merritt starts in 2 waves – Racers and Walkers
9:35 AM: Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Master Sheldon
10:05 AM: Trauma Informed Yoga with Marsha Rosenblatt
10:40 AM: Dance Party and Closing
