10K race: 9:00 am
5K race: 9:00 am
Walkers go out immediately after the races begin.
Why walk 45 minutes? That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks one way to school each day!

What to Expect:
- Tons of food featuring Kenyan treats
- Plenty of water
- Kenyan Pop Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge
- Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge
- 10k and 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races – part of the Grand Prix
- 45 Minute (5k) Fun Walk
- Register by April 1 for a guaranteed a t-shirt.
The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
