    13th Annual Superhero 5K Run, Walk, or Fly! Saturday, April 18, 2026

    Hello Superheroes for Children!

    All participants are encouraged to wear a Superhero costume!

    Schedule of Events
    • 8:00 a.m.  Check in Begins!  (There will be NO day of registrations accepted.)
    • 8:45 a.m.  Kids' Super Dash – Free race for kids – No registration needed.
    • 9:00 a.m.   Start Time ALL 5K Superheroes take off!!
    Frequently Asked Questions
    1. What does my registration include? All sponsor complementary registrations and paid registrations will receive our Superhero 5K T-shirt (prior to Midnight, Sunday, April 5th), LOTS of SUPER fun and Superhero Goodie Giveaways! 
    2. Can kids do both the Kids' Super Dash and the full 5K?  YES!
    3. When does registration close?  Registration will close Midnight, Friday, April 17th  PLEASE NOTE: t-shirts are not available if you register after April 5th. 
    4. Can I register in-person?  NO. Online registration only. 
    5. Will there be a Superhero Costume Contest?  YES!
    6. Can I pick up my t shirt and bib before race day?  No, pickup will be held race day morning only starting at 8:00 am. 
    7. Can I bring my dog?  We adore our furry friends! For the comfort of all participants, we welcome service animals only please.
    8. What if I want to make an additional donation?  (Thank you!!) When you complete your registration there is an option to make an additional donation to our program.
    9. Are there awards? Yes awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place in the categories Men 18+, Women 18+, and Under 17 (combined men and women) 
    Due to costs associated with the race and this is a fundraiser for our programs, there are no refunds for this event.
