January Abs & Core Work Out Challenge – 30 day challenge
Consists of 5 exercises to strengthen your abs & core:
Bridge March, Scissor Kicks, Mountain Climbers, V-Ups & Plank
Do the exercises listed once a day, for more of a challenge or for advanced complete the exercises 2 or 3 times.
There are several rests days incorporated.
Sign up is from 1/1/26 – 1/10/26. Participation is for the month of January.
