CHANGE IN POST-MARATHON PICNIC SITE
Due to the continued inclement weather and conditions at Kapiolani Park, the 2025 Post-Marathon Picnic will NOT be held at the park. The new picnic site is at 801 South Street (the former Star Advertiser Honolulu location) in Building A, Party Room A. Free parking is available in Parking Garage A on floors 10 and 11, and on the street (South, Cooke, Emily, Kawaihao Streets). The Clinic talk will be incorporated into the picnic program. Groups may arrange for their own pre-picnic workout.*

WHAT: HMC Post-Marathon Picnic
WHO: HMC Participants and ohana
WHEN/TIME: Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
WHERE: 801 South Street, Building A, Party Room A (refer to the map below)
FREE PARKING: Parking Garage A on floors 10 and 11 (see pictures below). Handicap parking stalls are available on every floor. Park and go to the Security Office. You will fill-out the guest sheet on a clipboard (provide the driver’s name, number of your parking stall, vehicle license number and vehicle make and model) and give the Security Officer your parking ticket. When you exit the parking lot, press the intercom and inform the Security Officer you were at the HMC Party in Party Room A. The gate will open automatically.
POTLUCK: HMC will provide chili, rice, water, Gatorade, and paper goods. Bring a potluck dish to share, with a preference towards main and side dishes. Type of dish can be specified through the registration process.
COST: $3.00 per participant (collected onsite, children 12 and under are free)
PRIZES: You and your ohana may win one of the lucky number drawings.
*PRE-PICNIC RUN: For those interested in doing a short “shake out” run prior to the picnic, consider a course around downtown, Honolulu Hale and Thomas Square to see the city decorations. It could provide a nice scenic route with holiday cheer.
