Come join us at Purgatory Ski Resort for the 7th annual Rando Race, a benefit and fundraiser for Know the Snow Fund, a local nonprofit dedicated to increasing accessibility to avalanche education for all ages to build a more aware community of backcountry enthusiasts in the San Juan Mountains.
There are two course options; a longer ~9.5 Miles option or a shorter 5.5 mile option. All levels of experience are welcomed. Come on out and enjoy a fun morning + support a great cause!
There will be prizes for :
- THE FASTEST MALE & FEMALE
- BEST DRESSED ( Costumes are Encouraged)
- YOUNGEST FINISHER
- HEAVIEST SET UP

We STRONGLY encourage early registration to secure your spot $45/race entry
Check in starts at 7am, must be checked in no later than 7:45am
RULES:
– Must have breaks or leashes
– Everything you bring up, must come down!
– Stick to the Course as you come down – no cutting corners
– Helmet Recommended
– If you see an injury – contact closest race marshal
– Have fun! Everything from Skin Suits to Costumes are recommended
