Race Overview:

We’re thrilled to have you join us for the Harvest Hustle on Saturday, November 22nd at John Stiff Park! Here are some key details to help you prepare:

Packet Pick-Up

  Location: The Gazebo at John Stiff Park
  Date: Friday, November 21st
  Time: 5-7pm  
  Parking: Available behind the gazebo.

*Your packet will include your race bib, event shirt, meal ticket, and more race day information.*

Late Registration/Late Packet Pick-Up

  Location: The Gazebo at John Stiff Park
  Date: Sat, November 22nd
  Time: 8:30-9:00am (Note: if you do not sign up before 9:00am, you will not be able to sign up for the race)    
  Parking: Available in the public Parking Lot on Parkside Drive

Race Day Details

  Check-In:

For Runners that have already received their packets please check in at the Gazebo- please check in before 9:30 AM.
For Runner that have not checked in please refer to the late registration and late packet pick up information above.
Schedule:

9:35am- Race Briefing for all racers
9:50am- Announcements
9:55am- National Anthem: (Kelsey Davis from News Channel 10)
Race Start Times:
10:00 AM- 5K/5K Ruck/10K/10K Ruck
5K/5K Ruck (Yellow Bibs and Yellow Markers)
10K/10K Ruck (Orange Bibs and Orange Markers)
10:05 AM- 1-Mile Fun Run
(Green Bibs and Green Markers)
Note:  All finishers receive a finisher medal!

Parking & Venue Details

Race Day Parking: Use the public parking lot off Parkside Drive. The paved lot is available first, with overflow parking in the undeveloped parking lot. If it rains or snows for any reason, please find other parking in or around the park that is open!
Canopy Setup: Please set up in the grassy area in the park, but avoid the race route, if you are establishing a rest/meet up area.
Restrooms: Two portable restrooms behind the gazebo and additional restrooms at Lake McDonald.
Course Fun & Safety

Obstacles & Surprises: Enjoy fun obstacles and activities along the course. If you’d like to participate, raise your hands; if not, keep them down.
Weather: Be prepared for potential chilly or snowy conditions. This is the Panhandle, and we have been known to have all 4 seasons in one day, please dress accordingly!
Awards & Results

Awards Ceremony: We’ll have an awards ceremony at the end of the event.
Live Results: Results will be available on It’s About Timing.
Meals & Family Info

Meal Tickets: Participants will receive a meal ticket. Families are welcome to bring their own food as well. The meal ticket will be located inside the packet bag that you will pick up during packet pick up.
