    This workshop will include a unique collaboration from local Fort Wayne Walking/Running Specialists to help improve your walking OR running mechanics! This workshop includes:

    • A biomechanical foot and ankle assessment from Aboite Podiatry Associates
    • A Run Fit or Walk Fit movement screen, slow-motion video analysis while walking or running on a treadmill and recommended corrections from Summit Physical Therapy
    • Collaboration for a professional shoe fit with Three Rivers Running Company's Footwear Experts
