Das Holiday 5K Run/Walk at Christkindlmarkt presented by Metro and benefitting The Cure Starts Now
Packet Pick-up: Begins 2 hours before race start (8am) under the Stock Yards Bank & Trust Christkindlmarkt Fest Tent at the Moerlein Lager House
Age Groups Awards:
Top M&F in each age group gets a beer stein
14 and under, 15-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Those under 21 will be offered alternative prizes including Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt Mugs.
Best Holiday Costume Prizes are also given.
Inaugural Das Holiday 5K at the Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt. Run or walk a 5K through the gorgeous Cincinnati Riverfront Park System from Smale to Friendship Park along the Ohio River. We start and end on Mehring Way directly across from the Moerlein Lager House Restaurant and Brewery and the Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt.
Race start is 10AM with afterparty immediately following. It’s also Santacon weekend and the start of Santacon starts at the afterparty under the fest tent at Christkindlmarkt.
Giveaway: 2 beers for those of legal drinking age or 2 soft drinks for anyone under the age of 21.
Everyone also gets a commemorative Collectors Pin for the Inaugural Das Holiday 5K at the Cincinnati Christkinkindlmarkt. Afterparty is under the Stock Yards Bank & Trust Christkindlmarkt Fest Tent.
