    2:30 PM          Coaches Meeting
    3:30 PM          Girls' Varsity (10 runners per team)
    4:10 PM          Boys' Varsity (10 runners per team)
    4:50 PM          Girls' JV (Unlimited entries)
    5:30 PM          Boys' JV (Unlimited entries)
    6:10 PM          Awards ceremony

    Registration Closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday Evening

    Packet Pick-Up

    Race packets will be available for coaches to pick up starting at 1:00 PM at the finish line. 
    Any changes or additions should be given to Bryan Johnson at that time. 
     

    Bus Drop-Off / Parking

    To help with the traffic flow for Wednesday Afternoon, we would like all busses to drop off at the Kottmeyer Stadium. Athletes and Coaches should use the path between Kottmeyer and the tennis courts to access the back fields. Please do not put your tent up on the course.
