Lilly's Lope for Hope is a 5K run/walk to increase youth suicide awareness and provide hope for the future. Proceeds from this fundraiser will provide mental health counseling, support and suicide prevention education for Benton County youth.
Now in its 12th year, Lilly’s Lope aims to raise community awareness of youth suicide. It was created in honor of a Philomath High School student who died by suicide.
All are welcome to participate in this family-friendly event. Children under 3 are free. Local agencies that serve youth and teens will be on hand sharing information, and there will also be an exciting fundraising raffle.
Lilly's Lope is presented by Old Mill Center for Children & Families, a Corvallis-based nonprofit that provides early education, physical and mental health services to children and families in Benton and Linn counties.
