    Race Overview:

    WPFW Walk/Run For Total Fitness!, Saturday, September 14th, 1:00! Start your morning off with your choice of a warmup routine, a 5k WALK/Run trail, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Line Dance or Double Dutch classes, or all of the above! There is a $40 Registration Fee with 100% of the proceeds benefiting your station for Jazz and Justice! 

    Healthy snacks, water and great music will also be provided.  The event will be held at the Bladensburg Waterfront Park 4601 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, Md. Runners and walkers should arrive by 12:30
