Jeff RUN sonville Turkey Trot

Kick off your Thanksgiving celebrations with the Jeff RUN sonville Turkey Trot! Join us on Thursday, November 27th for a festive morning of movement and community spirit on the beautiful Cambridge Greenway Trail.

The fun begins at 7:45 AM with the (free) TOT TROT, no sign ups required, just show up with your tot and let them crawl, toddle, or run to the finish line! The 5K will go off at 8:00 AM, and then the 2K at 8:15 AM. All races start and finish in the open field behind Cambridge Elementary School (we will gather under the gazebo), featuring a flat, scenic Cambridge Greenway course perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

This is a relaxed, family-friendly event—whether you’re chasing a personal best or just looking to stretch your legs before the feast, everyone’s welcome! The race will be timed for those who want to test their pace, but the atmosphere will stay festive and fun. Turkey Costumes welcome!

Strollers are welcome, but please no dogs on the course. 

All proceeds from the Jeff RUN sonville Turkey Trot benefit Cambridge Recreation, supporting community programming such as Cambridge Youth Softball and Baseball, the Ski and Ride program in conjunction with Smuggler's Notch, as well as future local races! Come out, bring your family and friends, and start your holiday off right!
