Members-Only Event: Athletico Stretch & Roll
Join DRC on Thursday, October 16th for a fun night at the White Rhino Coffee HQ, where we are teaming up with Athletico to introduce you to what you'll want to know about stretching, foam rolling, and all of the must-have, feel-better tools for your running toolkit. Topics will include: essential stretches, suggestions for an at-home toolkit, how to use them safely & effectively, and knowing when it's time to consult a professional. Whether you're new to running or have a lot of miles under your belt, join us to be part of the discussion.
In addition to great information, we will be raffling off some fantastic prizes- you must be registered and present to win.
