Register for AMG Fitness Foundation's adaptive, virtual 5k designed for people of ALL abilities!
From Wednesday, October 1st through Monday, October 20th, complete any of AMG's three virtual activities —
1) Adapt: A series of adaptive exercises to do at your own pace.
2) Move: A 1-mile walk or push
3) Gain: A Full 5k race.
Make sure to complete whatever activity you choose by the end of the day on October 20th to be eligible to enter the raffle! Each activity will have a winner, so bring your A-game!
This year, thanks to the generous support of our sponsor MMA, registration for AMG’s annual 5K is FREE! However, in lieu of a registration fee, we ask each participant to make a donation to support the AMG Fitness Foundation, as this is our biggest fundraiser of the year.
We’re especially excited to share that all proceeds from this year’s race will go directly toward our 2026 initiative: building an expanded video library that represents a diverse range of abilities.
This project will allow participants of all abilities to see themselves reflected in workouts, access safe and effective training, and feel fully included in the fitness community. By supporting this race, you’re helping us take a bold step toward making fitness truly accessible for all.

The last three years of this event were a smashing success! We had over 250 participants from coast to coast and raised over $20k! We hope to grow bigger and better this year.
