Start from the ground up! We’ll take you from beginner to confidently running a full 5K in just 6 weeks. Perfect for new runners or anyone getting back into running.
⚡ Faster 5K Program
Already running and want to improve your speed and strength? This track is designed for runners looking to get faster. Recommended: comfortable 3-mile running base.

Bay St. Louis (Washington Street Pavilion):
Mondays • Wednesdays • Fridays at 5:30 AM
