Kick off Ham City Fall Fest with our family-friendly Fall Fest 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk! Run through the heart of downtown Effingham, past local restaurants, shops, and businesses, and enjoy a fun, energetic start to the day.
Parents are welcome to register for and join the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk with their kids. Children 4 and under can run for FREE! If you’re already signed up for the 5K, you can also run the Fun Run/Walk with your child at no extra cost.
The overall male and female winners of the 5K will each win a pair of Brooks running shoes from Boots & Soles!
After the race, celebrate with a family-style brunch, then stick around for Fall Fest’s food trucks, beer tent, and live music starting at noon!

Race Proceeds will be going to The Downtown Effingham Business Group.
