MEET INFORMATION
LOCATION: Hard’Ack Recreation area St. Albans, Vermont.
DIRECTIONS: Take exit 19 off I-89. Go right (north) on VT Rte. 104 (Fairfax Road) for about 1.2 miles. Then turn left
on to Congress St. Hard’Ack Recreation area is immediately on your right. (Note for travel planning: this park is
about 25 miles north of our campus)
PARKING: Buses can park at the site.

TIME: Women’s 5K race 12:00pm
Men’s 8K race 12:45pm
COURSE: The course is mostly grass, with a small section on a dirt path.
Meet Entries: Direct Athletics (unlimited roster) – Deadline: Wednesday, August 28 th at 6:00pm
ENTRY FEE: None

MEDICAL: An athletic trainer will be available at the course.
