Celebrate Manatee Awareness Month With Us!
Did you know that November is Manatee Awareness Month in Florida? Each fall, as the weather cools, Florida’s beloved “sea cows” begin their journey to warmer waters. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) reminds all boaters to slow down and look out below, helping protect these gentle giants as they travel.
To honor and raise awareness for these amazing creatures, we’re thrilled to announce the Manatee Awareness 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk — happening on Saturday, November 1st, 2025! Whether you’re running for speed, strolling for fun, or walking to show your support, this event is for everyone.
