    For Hudson's Birthday, Seize The Day invites YOU to join us for the THIRD ANNUAL 14,000 Steps for 14q Virtual Race/Challenge!

    14,000 Steps for 14q is a movement to honor and raise awareness for all 14q warriors around the world. Throughout September, join us by walking, running, striding, swimming, or riding your way to 14,000 steps (6.63 miles). You can complete the challenge all in one day or spread it out across the month, every step makes a difference!

     

    How to Participate:

    1. Sign Up
    2. Invite your Friends and Family
    3. Pick days/times to complete your 14,000 Steps
    4. Spread Awareness: share on social media, tag Seize The Day and use the hashtags: #seizethedaywithhudson #14qdeletion #rarediseaseawareness #14000stepsfor14q
    5. Log Completion: sign back into your account that you used to register and click "Submit Virtual Results." (you do not have to submit a time)
