Are you looking to level up from a 5K? Consider joining our 10K training group. This group is a 10-week program designed to get you across the finish line of the Hickory YMCA Turkey Trot 10K. We offer three coached runs per week, educational information, and motivation to help you achieve your goal of completing your first 10K or to improve your performance. We recommend that you are comfortable running a distance of three miles to participate in this group. The cost of the group is $35 (race registration not included). All participants will receive a group t-shirt.
