This is a virtual Iron Man. Inviting you to participate in this virtual triathlon for demonstration purposes, our team has been swimming and bicycling a bit in preparation for the kickoff which begins today from now through October you’re invited to participate throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond to put together distance, swimming, bicycling and running or walking, even if it’s just one walk around the block at a time or one like for the pool at a time. The general idea is that we are all a part of all larger community and together we could each draw our part with regards to preventative Wellness and staying active throughout our lives
Crosswinds Ohio now in it’s seventh year is introducing a New concept that being Second Wind. we are linking up with other groups as much as possible to promote balance in life, healthy, active lifestyles, the promotion of music, songwriting, and performance. We give away as much food as we can primarily healthy, we are in the process of getting ready to introduce some new foods, and we’re not exactly sure where we’re going, but we know at someplace good. Come join the movement.
at the end of the day, it isn’t about whether you work for a nonprofit, a public institution, a private company, don’t work, can’t work or are retired.
It also doesn’t matter whether you like to swim bike or run, whether you like the same music we do and/or whether you eat healthy or not. From ages 0 to 99 and beyond we’d like to invite you to participate in this virtual Half Iron Man.
