A Message from Our Friends at North Jersey Masters Running Club

"Are you a new, returning, or experienced runner?

Get fit for fall and boost your race readiness, fitness, and confidence with the North Jersey Masters Running Club and our coached Beginner 5K and 10K Running Programs. We will support you every step of the way.

These bi-annual programs are the largest and most supported learn-to-run programs in Northern NJ, offered every Spring and Fall. They draw  brand new runners, athletes returning after a break, moms, dads, families, students, married couples, working professionals, and retirees seeking a structured plan that will teach them the skills to complete either a 5K or 10K distance race and make running a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.

All programs feature eight-week training schedules, guidance from experienced, certified coaches, friendly support from volunteers, expert speakers, a cool performance t-shirt, race entry, and a full-year membership to North Jersey Masters Running Club, one of the largest and most established running clubs in the state.

Saturday group sessions at the Glen Rock Duck Pond will kick off on August 23rd. Wednesday group sessions at the Ridgewood Duck Pond begin August 27th. You may choose to join us in person or participate remotely.

Our Fall season target race is The Paramus Run!
