We're excited to support Women's Health and Fitness Day with a Virtual 5K!
Registration is open now through August 1st.
You can complete your 5K from anywhere, and at any point during the designated week. Shirts will be provided ahead of the "5K Week" for all who register, and your 5K can be completed at any point during that week. You will be prompted to select your shirt size on the registration form.
Send in a picture post-race with your shirt on and a snapshot of your route (if possible)! This is not a timed race – walking or running is welcome. We are supporting motion of any kind for our health!
