Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
Class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week, and is geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. All levels and paces are welcome! Class will be capped at 35 registrants.
Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.
Cost includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

Program dates: May 27, 2025 – July 15, 2025. 1 class per week: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm. The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
