    Challenge your strength and endurance in the Spooky Nook Fitness Pump & Run 5K! 

    Pump & Run participants, step up to the bench and press your body weight a minimum 2 reps and up to 15 reps. Each rep is worth a 30 second reduction from your 5K time. 5K walkers, joggers, and runners, enjoy your 5K on Spooky Nook property!

     

    November 1st:
    Pump and Run 8am
    5K only 9am
