    Race Overview:

    Swim 2 Perform triathlon specific swim training is designed to prepare triathletes to compete in short or long course open water events this season. It focuses on freestyle and builds volume and intensity while incorporating special open water skills to ensure the best swim performance possible on race day.

    Our swim classes are held at the HEATED outdoor Old Farm Pool

    5:30am – 7am
