    Age Group for 5K  will be awarded for the first 3 males and first 3 females in each 5K age group.
    • 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-75; 75+
    • All participants (5K & 1-mile) receive a medal when crossing the finish line.
     Spinal Cord Injury – use SCIindividual for discounted price.
