The Afiya 5K is a women-only community run at Bryn Mawr Meadows Park. Come as you are–run, walk, or jog–and enjoy a supportive, upbeat atmosphere where we cheer every finish. Every participant earns a finisher medal, the Top 3 overall receive gift prizes, and we’ll wrap up with our post-race “Sip & Stride” Social with food, drinks, and time to connect.
What Afiya is about: movement, mindfulness, and community.

Can’t make it in person? Choose Virtual 5K, complete your 3.1 miles during race week, submit your time, and we’ll mail your medal.
