Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, Run For All offers a distance for everyone! Choose from an 8K, 5K, 3K, or 1K—each designed to be inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all ages and abilities.
Which distance is right for you?
- 8K – Ideal for advanced runners looking to go the extra mile.
- 5K – Great for experienced runners chasing a personal best or a strong finish.
- 3K – Perfect for those easing into running, families with older children, or anyone running with a four-legged friend.
- 1K – Designed for walkers, young kids, strollers, adaptive athletes, or those using mobility aids.
*All distances are open to all participants, regardless of experience or ability. Please note: a portion of the 8K route uses a crushed granite trail; the 5K, 3K, and 1K courses are fully accessible and on concrete surfaces.
Post-Race Bonus: Outdoors For All
Stick around after your run for Outdoors For All, our 4th annual outdoor expo! This free event connects the community with a wide variety of outdoor activities and interests—from trail running, cycling, and disc golf to gardening and local nature centers. Chat with gear vendors, enjoy live music, grab a bite from our food trucks, and explore new ways to enjoy the outdoors.
