    Race Overview:

    Sprint Distance Triathlon – 750M Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run

    Olympic Distance Triathlon – 1500M Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run

    The event (both races combined) will be capped at 150 participants

    *IMPORTANT: BOTH RACES INVOLVE A LAKE SWIM. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU CAN SWIM THE REQUIRED DISTANCE  BEFORE REGISTERING. IDEALLY YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME OPEN WATER EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO RACE DAY. 

    Course Description: Swim – Lake Swim, Bike – Hilly with some steep climbs, Run – Rolling/Mostly Flat. See Course Maps and Race Course files.
