Weekly track workouts every Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Each session is one hour long. These sessions are FREE for Kansas City Running Club members. Participants receive training plans and coach led sessions.
Workouts are for all abilities. Individualized pacing charts are reviewed prior to each workout.

- Massage tools for post workout
