Harvest Hustle 5k & Fun Run

Join us for the 3rd Annual Harvest Hustle brought to you by New Beginnings Palmetto, a certified 5k located at Conestee Nature Preserve with racing timing provided by Upstate Race Series. We will kick off the morning off with a timed 5k and then a 400-meter fun run. Costumes are strongly encouraged for all runners and spectators! 

T-shirts and finisher medals guaranteed for all race entries registered by October 2, 2025; after that date, t-shirts will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Refunds
Due to the costs incurred in planning and conducting this event, there are no refunds, deferrals, or transfer to other races. However, race fee insurance is available during registration. Thank you for your understanding.

Q & A
Q. Are dogs allowed?
A. No. Unfortunately, our insurance coverage does not allow for this. 
 
Q. Are strollers allowed?
A. For safety reasons, including safety of the child, caution is advised. Parents with strollers should gravitate toward the back at the starting area.
 
Q. Is it okay if I just walk the route? 
A. Yes, and you would want to start in the back for safety reasons. Please keep in mind that all participants should plan to cross the finish line no later than 10:30 (90 minute allowance). For example, a 28 minute pace walker would be fine (28 minutes x 3.11 miles = 87.1 minutes). 
 
Q. How is the race timed?
A. Chip timing mats will be used at the start and finish.

Q. When is check in and packet pick up?
A. If you are part of the school, packets and shirts will be sent home. If not or you registered after they were sent home, you can pick up your packet, shirts, and bibs at the race starting at 8AM. Race starts at 9AM so arrive early to check in and put away your packets!
