Benefiting Rural Hall Elementary School – Join us for the 18th running of this beloved community event, where every stride supports the students of Rural Hall Elementary! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to walk for a cause, we’ve got something for everyone.

10K Start: 8:00 AM
5K Start: 8:15 AM
🛣 Certified Courses
Both the 5K and 10K are USA Track & Field certified, with a gun start and chip timing for precise results.
- 5K Course: A completely flat, out-and-back route along a blocked lane of Hwy 65—ideal for young runners, walkers, and strollers.
- 10K Course: A two-loop route with three early hills, followed by a fast, flat finish. It’s a favorite among runners aiming for personal best.

- Olympic-style medals awarded in age groups:
- 5K only: Under 10, 10–14
- 10K only: Under 15
- Both races: 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70+

📝 Registration & Packet Pick-Up
Early Packet Pick-Up:
– Thursday, Oct 23: Noon–5 PM
– Friday, Oct 24: 9 AM–4 PM
– Location: AgSouth Farm Credit, 340 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd
Race Day Packet Pick-Up & Registration:
– Opens at 6:15 AM at Mayflower Seafood Restaurant
– Pre-registered runners after Oct 22 at 6 PM can pick up packets inside the restaurant
– Online and walk-up registration available on race day
🚫 Race Guidelines:
- For safety reasons, no pets allowed (except service dogs).
- Cyclists will follow the final runner to ensure everyone finishes safely and to help finalize results quickly.
