Let's run/walk to help support the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and families. All proceeds will go towards Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach and Nourished Bellies programs to families in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi and Madagascar.
Join in person at the beautiful Randall's Island Park in NYC. T-shirt, bib number pick up at the day of the event.

- Nourished Bellies Madagascar: Drinkable, clean water to 3 schools and 1 village. Anklimarovahastsy, Ambosary II, Lavandradra, Seveipoty – Ambovombe.
- Nourished Bellies Canada: Food and refreshments distribution – Ontario, Toronto.
- Mindfulness Education USA: Mindfulness, meditation, sound bath and mindful reading – Long Beach, New York.
- Mindfulness Education Malawi: Mindfulness Program at Dzaleka Refugee Camp and in 20 schools – Dowa district, Lilongwe.
