Ultras start at 7am…have until 7pm to start their final lap…you may run your first lap in the elite or AMOC wave, and just continue after with laps!
Elites start at 7:10am…you will get a wristband at registration
AMOC start at 7:15am, and we will send in smaller waves if need be, you will get a wristband at registration and instructions at start line.
ANY elite, AMOC person wanting ti run multilaps, just keep going after your competitive wave!
