WE ADDED CHURCHILL'S HALF-MARATHON & 5K!!!
If you have been training on your own, Dave's Running Shop is now offering a no-frills training plan designed to get you to the Churchill's Half-Marathon & 5K on Saturday, November 8th. The training plan starts with some aerobic training on your own, then you join the Dave's Training Groups after September 21st for Thursday "speed" sessions and Saturday morning runs.
Training the Dave's Way means joining a supportive and fun community of runners and walkers who are all about staying healthy, accountable, and motivated!
REMOTE TRAINING OPTION (online)
The Training Tilt app has been such a game-changer for our remote trainers that we’re now making it available to everyone in the program! One of its standout features is the interactive training calendar, which lets you sync your Strava account or Garmin device to keep your workouts organized and on track.
The Dave's REMOTE TRAINERS will receive weekly coaching advice and encouragement from Dave's Training Team.
