Join us for the 10th Annual Color Me Mutt® 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, TN! 🐾

IMPORTANT NOTE: At the request of the City, we have moved Color Me Mutt to Saturday, November 15. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you registered for the October 4 date and are unable to participate on November 15, please email us at info@nascarspeedpark.com and we will process a refund of your registration fee. Thank you for your understanding — we look forward to seeing you at the race!

Celebrate a decade of wagging tails, vibrant color, and meaningful impact at this one-of-a-kind color run for people and their pups! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just out for a colorful stroll, this pet-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages—with or without a dog.

Hosted by the PARC Foundation, the charitable arm of NASCAR SpeedPark, Color Me Mutt is a family-friendly, community-driven event that promotes active lifestyles and the special bond between pets and their people. Proceeds will benefit the PARC Foundation, Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center of the Smokies and the Sevier County Animal Shelter.

 
🎨 Race Details

Start Time:

5K Color Run and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: 8:30 a.m.

You don’t need a dog to participate—but if you have one, bring them along for the fun! The course includes vibrant non-toxic powdered color stations, and there will be hydration stops for both humans and dogs.

Every participant receives:

Official event t-shirt (preferred size guaranteed with registration by October 29th)
Race bib and one packet of color
Custom Premium Finisher medal
Commemorative pet item
Unlimited Ride Wristband to NASCAR SpeedPark (valid through 2/26/2026)
Swag bag full of goodies

Choose your event:

1-Mile Color Fun Run/Walk: $30

5K Color Run:

$40 from September 11th to October 29th
$45 from October 30th to Race Day

Pet Parade: $5

Virtual Option: $40 (includes shipping of swag items)

Stick around after the run for the crowd-favorite Pet Parade & Costume Contest, open to all dog lovers—whether you race or not! Dress up your dog (and yourself, if you like!) and compete in five fun categories:

Best Fictional Character
Best Fun-Sized (Dogs under 15 lbs)
Best Twinzies (Dog & human lookalikes)
Most Original
Ruff & Tuff

🏆 The Best in Show winner will be selected from among all category champs.

 
🗓 Packet Pickup

Pick up your swag early and avoid race-day lines!

Thursday, Nov. 13 – 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 14 – 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: NASCAR SpeedPark, 1545 Parkway, Sevierville (next to Tanger Outlets)

Race Day Pickup begins at 7:00 a.m.
✔ You may pick up packets for friends or family—just ensure bibs go to the correct 5K runners.

Prefer a more relaxed pace? Join the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk—you’ll still enjoy color zones and all the same participant perks.

 
💻 Virtual Option

Can’t join us in person? Participate virtually from anywhere! Register for the virtual race and we’ll mail your t-shirt, commemorative pet item, finisher medal, and NASCAR SpeedPark wristband after the event. Local participants may arrange for swag pickup during packet pickup hours.
