Fit & Able is proud of our tenth year of running the Cary Greenways Half-marathon with 5K, 10K, and 13.1 races. Choose your challenge! Run the trails you love but get timed! This race is capped so sign up soon! Participants have a window during which to start the race of their choice and have until 11:00 AM to finish. The half-marathon turnaround point closes at 9:30 AM.

BUT have you ever wanted to run a marathon without having to actually run a marathon? With the Greenways Series 26.2 you can do just that when you sign up for both 13.1 races at the Cary Greenways Half-marathon and Cary Greenways Tour. Complete both races and we will combine your finish times to give you a 26.2 finish time with an extra set of awards!

OR, how about an ultra-marathon? Complete all five Fit & Able 13.1 races – a combined total of 65.5 miles! – and again we will combine your finish times for yet another extra set of awards!
All races will have a staggered start beginning at 8:00 AM (in order of distance) and the course closes for all races at 11:00 AM (In-person Race Day Schedule).
