The Brave LIL Steps Fun Run, hosted by the Lions of North Carolina, shines a light on childhood cancer and the tremendous impact it has on children and their families. Proceeds from this event will help build on a $20,000 grant from Lions International Foundation to The James and Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital in Greenville.
The hospital will use these funds to install diversion equipment and software in key areas, giving patients of all ages something engaging to focus on during procedures—making a difficult time just a little easier.
Registration Fees
5K Run/Walk
- $40 through September 26
- $45 from September 27 – October 24
- $50 on race day
Kid’s 1-Mile Fun Run
- Free for ages 12 & under
Shirts
- 5K Registration includes a race shirt (must register by September 26 to guarantee a shirt).
- No adult shirts will be sold on race day.
- Kids’ shirts will be available for $10 on race day while supplies last.
