Good Day for a Run Returns to Colonial Beach, VA for their 8th Annual COLONIAL BEACH TO BEER 10K/5K Races and 1 Mile Walk.

Scenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.

5K and 10K Awards are for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per Age Groups Under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, and each decade

The Course is Flat and Fast! 10K Starts at 9 AM. 5K Starts at 9:05 AM.

5K Walkers and all ages welcome to participate, need to be registered, and start on time behind runners at 9:05 AM.

1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9:08 AM. (Non-timed) **Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee receiving a shirt for 1 Milers. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Oct. 6.
