- 5 Rounds: 1 Rope Climb + 10 Wall Balls (30/20, 20/14, 14/10)

- 5 Rounds: 1 Wall Hurdle + 5 DB Thrusters (50/30, 30/20, 20/10)

- 5 Rounds: 1 SLED Push-Pull + 5 Pull Up-Burpees
